I haven't been here for a while either, because of other pressing business.
I'm hoping to find someone in or near Desert Hot Springs CA to help me out a little.
Even if you don't live there, do you know anyone there?
I have a few questions and maybe they can give me some answers re local business,
even going to look at a property.

Well, since I posted that, using some skills I learned here, I did get a little info from zillow, google earth, a white pages reverse lookup, and yellow pages.
BUT, I'd still like to have a set of eyes there for me.
So if you know anyone wants to make an easy buck, please let me know.
