Arline last posted on Nov. 15th, and hasn't repllied to some e-mails. Is there somebody from the Cambridge Md area who can reassure us that she's just taking a long Thanksgiving vacation or something equally pleasant, and isn't having health (nor computer) problems?

I know Arline has problems with her computers on a regular basis. I also know I received a ms for review from her just this past week. She is probably up to her ears in holidays. Also, her father is not in best of health anymore and she is his sole care provider, so it could also be that. Are you using her publisher@ebooksonthe.net e-mail address? I believe using that one I get the best/quickest response.

It's computer troubles, her father's health, and possibly her own health that I'm a bit concerned about. Not, unfortunately, that I could do anything to help if there is a problem with one of these; I'm just concerned and would like to know. Well, patience: when she gets free from whatever pleasures of the holidays or trials of life she's passing through, I reckon she'll be back. (The e-mails are just part of the routine, so they can wait too.)
