Detectives as victims and interrogators of the same suspect
« on: August 23, 2017, 04:13:32 PM »

I searched online and couldn't find the protocol for this: A detective chases down a suspect and that suspect injures him. Later, the suspect ask to confess to him. The detective is a victim of this suspect. Can he still legally, ethically and morally interview the suspect about another crime?
