Happy Halloween!
« on: October 31, 2006, 07:51:08 PM »

Happy to report that we have had a long string of very polite trick or treaters and almost all the candy is gone!  Of course, my husband provided some assistance with all the dark chocolate miniatures.  ::)

HAPPY HALLOWEEN !

I didn't get any trick or treaters either, but that was because I wasn't home.  My oldest daughter was playing in a volleyball tournament.  They won last night and meet their arch rival tomorrow night.

I didn't get any trick-or-treaters either, but it's because I live out in the country.  By the time the poor little dears would have traveled the long drive to my house, I'd of had to send them back with enough food and water so they could make it back to the road.  Candy wouldn't have been enough.

I did enjoy Halloween though when I lived in the city.  Those kids' expressions when they come to your door and hold out their bags are priceless.  And they'll say anything ...
