http://www.nsknet.or.jp/~jkimura/It's in Japan (but the above URL leads to an English version: I haven't tried to look for a Japanese version), run by a man very interested in crime fiction. He usually manages to keep it up-to-date, and, for example, right now it's full of interesting information. Not an interactive site, but an excellent one. I think you'll like it.
