My character commits suicide with a cyanide capsule. What are some of the signs that would immediately indicate the cause of death to first responders? Not only first responders, but also anything that would lead bystanders to suspect poisoning?

To the best of my knowledge, Bob, the big give-away is the blue lips from cyanosis.
