University of Utah Eccles Health Sciences Library Their gun tutorial is linked in the weaponry section, but they have several other very good mini-tutorials. Each focuses on a specific subject area and includes text supplemented by clickable images for viewing.

MedicineNet - great research resource. Has an Ask The Expert area
