Title: Email address change

I'm not getting any emails from MWF. I've tried to change my email address on my profile, and it will not let me. I went in and updated my website (no problem), but when I type in my present email and say update, it still comes up in my profile as an address that I haven't used for over five years. What am I doing wrong?
