The link works for me. Sometimes if one tries to re-type, a minor misprint creeps in, e.g. putting a comma for a period, and sometimes cut-and-paste picks up something not actually part of the URL. Might be good to see if either of these "happened to happen." I was able to get there by just clicking on the reference. (Another possibility is that the original posting has been modified, and didn't work at first, but does now.)
