I added a Google Plus1 or G+ or +1 button today. It'll show up on the first post of any thread, and will allow you to share MWF threads easily through G+. All you need to do is click the button. See the image below; you may have to scroll to the right to see the button.

I'll work on adding some other options in the semi-near future.
