I just became aware of this and wanted to share in case others hadn't heard.
 Dutton Guilt Edged Mysteries, a pulp imprint of hard boiled detective fiction from 1947 -1956, was brought back in 2012 as an e-Book publisher. They are open to submissions for 10,000 to 50,000 word manuscripts. http://www.us.penguingroup.com/static/pages/duttonguiltedged/index.html
