DermaBond Intestines

This is for medical professionals. I know first hand that dermabond is messy and not very strong, but i was wondering if applied along a transverse incision across the abdomen internally and a little externally to hide the glue, would the glue itself be strong enough to hold back the intestines? What about with ambulation?
